Yoga helps to stay alined with your body and mind. It is a moment for you to be in connection with yourself and your soul.

If you are beginner, you can start with a soft yoga such as Kundalini yoga which is a more spiritual yoga or Hatha yoga which will give you the basis of yoga.
If you are willing to go deeper into certain moves, then Vinyasa or Asthanga yoga is for you.
We will join a yoga training course in Ashtanga Vinyasa in Koh Samui, Thailand to become a certified yoga teacher. (200 hours)
