Pilotfish eating Ceviche

We are in Lima, the capital of the gastronomy and the Ceviche! Who has ever tried the raw fish marinaded with limes and onions? It is simply fresh and delicious! Here below is the recipe for all fish lovers. Please, be careful though to buy fresh fish.Buen Provecho 🙂

Ingredients
  1. 500 gr of white fish: sea bass, sole or other firm white fish fillets, skinned, washed and cubed
  2. Juice of 4 limes
  3. 1 red or yellow sweet pepper, seeds removed and finely chopped
  4. 2 onions, finely sliced
  5. 1 glove of garlic finely sliced
  6. 2 tea spoons of finely chopped coriander
  7. 1 tea spoon of salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Place the skinned, washed and cubed fish in a bowl
  2. In another recipient, mix the lime juice, salt, pepper and garlic
  3. Add the juice on the fish and mix gently
  4. Let marinate for 5 minutes (not more to avoid the acidity of the limes in the ceviche)
  5. Add the onions, sweet pepper and the coriander before serving
  6. Divide the ceviche among 4 plates
  7. Serve with grilled corn and sweet potato slices, if desired.
Notes
  1. To accompany the Ceviche, you can use sweet potatoes, cobs of sweet corn and some lettuce.
